About the Course

As an overseas student who wishes to study and work abroad in an English-speaking country, you will be required to brush up on your English language proficiency, especially if you are not very fluent in the language. EAP, or the English for Academic Purposes course, is delivered to overseas students who wish to undertake study or work in English-medium higher education. Learning to read, write, and speak with ease in a new language doesn’t come easily, but this programme from IHM is a great starting point.

The academic skills learned in the programme are relevant and applicable to many areas of study, such as healthcare, business, the arts, and humanities, I.T., and marketing, among others. As you progress through these levels, you will be prepared for higher and more challenging areas of study.
