Dr. Mandeep Kaur is a highly qualified and experienced Senior Lecturer with a distinguished career spanning clinical practice, nursing education, and academic research. Beginning her career as a Clinical Instructor at NRI College of Nursing, Amritsar (2009-2010), she progressed to an Associate Professor position at Chief Khalsa Diwan International Nursing College (2012-2021), where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in curriculum development, student supervision, and program evaluation.
Her journey reflects a commitment to advancing nursing scholarship and practice. With a Ph.D. in Nursing, an M.Sc in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, and a B.Sc in Post-Basic Nursing, Dr. Kaur brings both theoretical expertise and practical clinical experience to her academic role.
Since May 2021, Dr. Kaur has served as a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Health and Management, Australia, where she has successfully integrated international best practices with evidence-based nursing education. She is concurrently registered as a Mental Health Registered Nurse with the NMBA (Registration: NMW0002350841) and maintains clinical practice through her work with Robina Private Hospital and Caring for You Health Agency.
