Social Work and Human Services academic with more than 11 years of experience across higher education, field education, community services practice, vocational education and applied research settings. Experienced in student placement coordination, field education, professional supervision and work-integrated learning within social work and community services contexts. Skilled in delivering student-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive teaching that enhances employability, reflective practice and professional capability development. Established researcher with more than 317 citations, an h-index of 11, over AUD $450,000 in competitive research funding, and a strong record of supervising Honours, Masters and HDR students.
