Jennifer M. Jennings is a highly experienced Nurse Educator and Simulation Specialist with over 40 years of experience across clinical, academic, and simulation environments. She is a senior nurse educator dedicated to advancing nursing education through innovative simulation-based learning, curriculum design, and professional development.
Currently serving as a Lecturer in Nursing (Level B) at the Institute of Health and Management (IHM) Perth Campus, Jennifer contributes significantly to Bachelor of Nursing (BN) and Graduate Certificate in Advanced Nursing (GCAN) programs. She is instrumental in curriculum governance, accreditation alignment, simulation-based education (SBE) strategy development, and workplace health and safety risk assessments. Her expertise spans simulation-based education, curriculum design, academic integrity and assessment design, scenario development aligned with INACSL standards, and adult pedagogy and flipped learning approaches.
