BIO

Frank is a Registered Social Worker, alongside being formerly trained as a Public Health Physician in overseas. Rather than just being a theoretician, he has worked for both public and private organisations to provide practical services improving both mental and physical wellbeing in local communities. Frank also has extensive work experience in the Healthcare industry, including Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors, in various roles. It enables him to reflect from different perspectives and to draw on real-world experience for problem analysing and solving in the areas of Healthcare Management and Social Work. Academically, Frank earned his principal medical degree in Public Health Medicine from China, followed by a Master of Medicine in Immunology and Infectious Diseases from The University of Sydney School of Medicine and a Master of Social Work degree from Flinders University. He is now conducting Doctoral Research in Public Health, focusing on advanced technologies applicable in healthcare, at La Trobe University in Melbourne.
