Associate Professor Lisa Hodge is Head of School (Social Work) at the Institute of Health & Management (IHM), Melbourne, Australia. As a leader in higher education, Lisa has experience and a special interest in delivering education and coordinating the research in the discipline of social work. Throughout her career, she has managed large teams, overseen seven academic programs and taught 31 units across three Australian universities. Her teaching strategies are fueled by research and based on practical experience, which helps her achieve excellent student engagement, promote innovation and demonstrate strong organizational abilities and leadership.
