Upon completing the Certificate in Global Management at IHM, students are eligible to transition to the Master of Global Management program at ASU. The ASU curriculum further builds on the knowledge gained at IHM, focusing on advanced global management concepts and practical leadership skills.

Entry requirements

  • Undergraduate and graduate institutions confirming completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree (to be sent directly to ASU’s Graduate Admission Services department)
  • Competitive applicants typically have a “B” (3.00 on a 4.00 scale) grade point average in the last 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of undergraduate coursework. If you do not meet the minimum GPA requirements, your application may still be considered by the department.
  • English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent).

English proficiency requirements

  • TOEFL: Minimum score of 80 on the TOEFL iBT® (testing center only; no home editions accepted).
  • IELTS: Minimum overall band score of 6.5 (Academic).
  • PTE: Minimum score of 60.
  • Duolingo: Minimum score of 105.

STEM-OPT extension:This course is NOT eligible STEM- OPT extension If you’re interested in Post OPT extension you can check IHM’s other course offering options.

* The 24 months STEMP OPT extension is an additional benefit from United Stated Citizenship and Immigration services that allows International students in F-1 status who receive a bachelors, Masters or Doctoral degree in an approved STEM field to apply for a 24 month extension of their standard 12 month post – OPT period twice in a lifetime. This allows international students the opportunity to gain additional off campus work experience in their field of study after completion of course studies and post – OPT. The OPT extension does not apply to students completing a degree through ASU Online.
