A big thank you to Michael from the IHM Placement Team for conducting an engaging Pre-Placement Preparation Workshop for our Bachelor of Social Work students, alongside Ambika Achanta and Binoy Joseph.
The session provided valuable guidance on placement expectations, professional practice, communication skills and preparing students for real-world social work environments. Workshops like these play an important role in building student confidence and readiness before entering the field.
